We identified some animals showing signs of illness and, under the guidance of the training officer, administered the appropriate treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the afternoon, we prepared a new vegetable garden. We plan to grow spinach, leafy vegetables, carrots, and cabbages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later in the day, we learned about mango production, including proper tree spacing, common mango diseases, and pests that can affect the crop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From animal health to vegetable production and fruit farming, each activity gave us an opportunity to connect what we learn in class with practical farm experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was a busy day at Penah Mixed Farm, with hands-on learning from morning to evening.
